DESCRIPTION

Wild-caught salmon is a luxury, as most salmon worldwide is now farm-raised. Sockeye salmon is prized for its robust flavor profile, firm texture, and deep orange/red color. It is often considered one of the tastiest salmon varieties, with a more pronounced, rich taste compared to Atlantic salmon. This portioned salmon is sold by piece and is vacuum sealed. It is boneless, frozen and sold with the skin. We also offer larger filet sizes.

The efficiency, environmental friendliness, and—most importantly—the stability of the fishery are certified by the MSC (Marine Stewardship Council).
