This recipe was created for our lamb lovers and combines the flavors of braised Australian lamb leg, Harissa (which has a slightly sweet taste) as well as smoke, tang, and spice. Our pies can be cooked from frozen in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius or until golden brown. The internal temperature should be piping hot, above 85 degrees Celsius.
