Our handcrafted Beef Wellington is the ultimate centerpiece for any celebration. Prepared to order using premium beef tenderloin, it’s coated with a rich layer of pâté and duxelles (mushrooms, onions, shallots, garlic, and spices), then wrapped in our flaky, homemade puff pastry.

Delivered vacuum-packed and ready to bake, this Wellington makes entertaining effortless and unforgettable.


Serves

Approx. 4–6 people


Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Bake for 35–45 minutes depending on desired doneness.

  3. Use a meat thermometer for best results:

    • Rare: 52°C (125°F)

    • Medium Rare: 57°C (135°F)

    • Medium: 63°C (155°F)

    • Well Done: 71°C (160°F)

  4. Always insert the thermometer into the center of the tenderloin.

  5. For Medium Rare → remove at 54°C (130°F) and rest for 15 minutes; the internal temperature will rise by 3–4°C.

  • Dubai: Same-day delivery cut-off → 12:00 PM

  • Sunday delivery: Order by Saturday 10:00 AM

  • Abu Dhabi: 24 hours’ notice required
