It's the same goodness as our family size one but for one person.Ā Our Baby Wellington is made to order from your choice of beef tenderloin coated in pĆ¢tĆ© and duxelles (mushrooms, onions, shallots garlic, spices), then wrapped in our homemade puff pastry.Ā This will be approximately between 500g total weight and will be delivered to youĀ vacuum-packedĀ and ready for baking.

Serves:Ā 1

COOKING INSTRUCTION: Bake at 240Ā°C for 30-35Ā minutes for medium-rare, ovens do vary though so make sure you keep an eye on it. If not sure about the temperature of the meat, you can always insert a thermometer to check.Ā 

Internal meat temprature: Rare 52Ā°C(125Ā°F), Medium RareĀ 57Ā°C(135Ā°F), Medium 63Ā°C(155Ā°F), Well Done 71Ā°C(160Ā°F).

***Please note when sticking in the thermometer, it should be in the middle of the tenderloin. Also, if you desire, for example, a Medium Rare Wellington, you need to take it off at 54c(130f) and let it rest for 15min before serving, which will bring the internal temperature up of the meat 3-4c.
